Thanks for shopping at Renewell Water. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will let you know that we’ve received it and that we are in the process of evaluating if it’s in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We will let you know the status of your refund as soon as we have finished inspecting your item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card (or original method of payment). A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all items purchased from www.renewellwater.com and that are returned within the 7-day return policy.

30 Day Money-Back Guarantee

Renewell Water offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, if the customer is not fully satisfied with the product. All returns without reason of defect, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@renewellwater.com or info@renewellwater.com.

Deposits

The Company incurs costs in the processing and vetting of sales data and information. Customers enter into an enforceable binding contract, on the day, with the company, to purchase our product(s). The Company has the right to enforce all sales made, make every effort to deliver on the promise and collect payment from the customer. In the case of customers experiencing a change of mind, we do not enforce this right with regards to the full purchase price. However we do retain any deposit paid to secure a sale at an agreed price. That is to say, deposits are non-refundable after a 14-day cooling off period beginning on the
date of placement of an order. Deposits, thus retained, will be used to defray the cost of administration, repeated efforts to execute installations, up to and including multiple visits to customers and the cost of reversing out what is a legally binding contract.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
