Renewell Water Monthly Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the Renewell Water Monthly Giveaway operated by Renewell Water Filtration Ltd ("Renewell Water", "we", "us" or "our").

By entering the giveaway, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. The Giveaway

1.1. Renewell Water operates a monthly giveaway in which eligible participants have the opportunity to win an ArkkZ Water Filter, including professional installation.

1.2. One giveaway will normally be held each month.

1.3. The applicable closing date for each monthly giveaway will be displayed on the official Renewell Water Giveaway page at:

1.4. The prize available for each monthly giveaway will be described on the Giveaway page.

1.5. Unless otherwise stated on the Giveaway page, there will be one winner per monthly giveaway.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The giveaway is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland who meet the eligibility requirements displayed on the applicable Giveaway page.

2.2. Participants must provide accurate and complete information when entering the giveaway.

2.3. Renewell Water reserves the right to verify the eligibility and identity of an entrant before confirming a winner.

2.4. Renewell Water may disqualify an entry where it reasonably believes that the entrant has provided false, misleading or incomplete information, attempted to enter more than once, or otherwise failed to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Enter

3.1. Entry is available exclusively through the official Renewell Water Giveaway page:

3.2. To enter, participants must complete and submit the required information through the giveaway form on the Giveaway page.

3.3. Entries submitted through any other method, including email, telephone, social media messages, comments, direct messages, post or any other method, will not be accepted.

3.4. Only one entry per person is permitted.

3.5. Where multiple entries are submitted by the same person, Renewell Water may treat all additional entries as invalid and may disqualify the participant from that monthly giveaway.

3.6. Entries received after the applicable closing date and time stated on the Giveaway page will not be accepted.

4. Winner Selection

4.1. The winner will be selected by Renewell Water.

4.2. Renewell Water may select the winner randomly or by another selection method that Renewell Water considers appropriate for the relevant giveaway.

4.3. The selection method may vary between monthly giveaways and, where applicable, will be described on the relevant Giveaway page.

4.4. Renewell Water's selection decision will be final, subject to any rights the participant may have under applicable Irish law.

5. Announcement of the Winner

5.1. The winner of each monthly giveaway will normally be announced on the first Tuesday of the following month.

5.2. The winner will be announced on the Renewell Water Giveaway page and through Renewell Water's Instagram Stories.

5.3. Renewell Water may also contact the winner using the contact details provided in their entry.

5.4. The winner may be required to confirm their identity, eligibility and installation details before the prize can be awarded.

5.5. If Renewell Water is unable to contact the winner within a reasonable period, or if the winner is found to be ineligible or otherwise unable to accept the prize, Renewell Water may select an alternative winner.

6. The Prize

6.1. The prize will be the Renewell Water's ArkkZ Water Filter and the installation specified on the Giveaway page.

6.2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, a discount or another product unless Renewell Water expressly agrees otherwise.

6.3. The prize is awarded to the named winner and cannot be transferred, sold, assigned or used by another person.

6.4. The winner may not sell, resell or otherwise commercially exploit the prize.

6.5. Installation is subject to the winner's property being suitable for installation and to any reasonable installation requirements specified by Renewell Water.

6.6. Where the advertised installation cannot reasonably be completed because of circumstances relating to the property, existing plumbing, access, structural limitations or other installation requirements, Renewell Water will discuss the available options with the winner.

6.7. Renewell Water reserves the right to provide a prize of equivalent value where the advertised prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

7. Changes, Suspension or Cancellation

7.1. Renewell Water reserves the right to suspend, cancel, discontinue or modify a monthly giveaway where reasonably necessary, including where circumstances outside its reasonable control affect the operation of the giveaway.

7.2. Renewell Water may change the closing date, prize, entry requirements or other reasonable details of a future giveaway by updating the information on the official Giveaway page.

7.3. Where a change materially affects an ongoing giveaway, Renewell Water will provide an appropriate update on the Giveaway page.

7.4. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or protections that participants have under applicable Irish or European law.

8. Personal Data

8.1. Information submitted as part of the giveaway will be processed by Renewell Water for the purposes of administering the giveaway, managing entries, selecting and contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize.

8.2. Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018.

8.3. Further information about how Renewell Water processes personal data, including information about participants' data protection rights, is available in the Renewell Water Privacy Policy.

8.4. Entering the giveaway does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive electronic marketing communications. Where marketing consent is requested, it will be presented separately and will be subject to the applicable consent requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1. Renewell Water will take reasonable steps to operate the giveaway fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

9.2. Renewell Water will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, corrupted or not successfully submitted due to technical failures, internet connection problems or circumstances outside Renewell Water's reasonable control.

9.3. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability or legal rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under Irish law.

10. General

10.1. Renewell Water reserves the right to disqualify any participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the participant has breached these Terms and Conditions or attempted to manipulate or unfairly influence the giveaway.

10.2. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

10.3. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland.

10.4. Any dispute relating to the giveaway will be subject to the applicable laws and legal processes of Ireland.
