3. In the days following installation, did you or any household member notice any leaks or issues related to the installation?
4. Are you satisfied with the condition and performance of the system during the initial period after installation?
5. Do you understand that after the 14-day period, Renewell Water can only be held responsible for issues that are proven to result from installation defects, product defects, or faulty materials supplied by us?
6. Do you confirm that you were informed to complete and return this form within 14 days of installation?

Please note: After this 14-day period, Renewell Water will assume that no issues were reported and that the system was functioning correctly. Failure to return the form may affect your eligibility to claim for post-installation issues under our workmanship or insurance cover.

7. Do you understand that any plumbing, appliance, or household issues not related to the system installed by Renewell Water are not our responsibility?
